Many know that, as a doctor of physical therapy, I can help you recover from an injury. What isn’t well known is that I can also assist with a personalized fitness regimen, run coaching, injury prevention and showing you a better approach to working from home. Whether online or in-person at your home, garage, gym, backyard, public outdoor space or out at the track I want to help heal, enhance and improve your physical intelligence.
In-person and remote options
I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area for mobile, in-person sessions and can serve clients anywhere through online-based Telehealth. I also offer run coaching, personal training and ergonomic consultation services to individuals and corporations looking to offer employees a better approach to working from home.
