Personal Training
Most of my personal training clients are previous patients who prefer to work with someone who understands the nuance of their bodies. That said, I do take on new clients who would benefit from training with a physical therapist. My style of personal training is based on my personal experience with Crossfit, Track and Field, baseball, yoga and gymnastics. I specialize in helping you get back to your sport in better shape than you are prior to your injury.

Mobility Training
Everyone has different fitness goals and needs. Some of us want to get away from a static lifestyle and just move better without the sweat and agony that usually comes along with it, while others want to have a good adjunct or recovery practice for their current aggressive training regimen. Improve your flexibility, range of motion, balance, proprioception and posture.

FAQs
What are my treatment options?
Initial Evaluation – During our first session, we will take a thorough history of your present condition as well as previous conditions and injuries. I will perform a thorough examination involving assessment of strength, balance, posture, flexibility, range of motion, joint mobility and special testing of the entire body. It all works together! For runners, we may perform a thorough video gait analysis with review of form flaws and recommendations. We will also begin treatment on this day usually involving the prescription of a home exercise program and any manual treatment indicated. This generally takes about an hour.
Follow Up Sessions – This is any treatment session after the Initial Evaluation. It may include manual and physical therapy treatment as indicated or other run coaching/performance training services aimed at helping you achieve your fitness goals.
What if I need a more hands-on approach?
If it is determined that Telehealth is not appropriate for you, we will make an appropriate recommendation to get the care you need!
How are payments made?
I accept cash only, payable via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay. I do this because Insurance companies can limit a practitioner’s ability to treat a patient on a holistic level. The cash based model takes away the power of the insurance companies and allows you to receive the care that is necessary, as determined by you and your provider. A cash based model also allows for the physical therapist to solely dedicate time to the most important person of all: you, the patient.
If your insurance network has out-of-network benefits you may be able to receive reimbursement for the services you receive. Reach out to your insurance company to find out details regarding your specific plan.
What if I don’t live in California or Illinois?
