Reversal of Posture Exercises

Do these 12 simple exercises throughout your day to help get rid of aches and pains while working.


We were engineered to MOVE! Do your shoulders, forearms, wrists, neck and back hurt throughout your workday? This is likely because we haven’t evolved to sit at a computer, scroll our phones or remain stagnant for extended periods of time. There are many health benefits to moving throughout the day, and I wanted to share super simple exercises to decrease pain while you work. As the title reads, the exercises are designed to reverse the posture we usually find ourselves in. For best results: perform each exercise once, and hold each exercise for 3 seconds. In total, they should only take a minute. Try to do these exercises every hour throughout your workday, and begin to feel less pain and fatigue by days end. Let’s GO!!!
